read our usage guidelines and legal disclaimer.
All providers are responsible for their own actions. BadUsers.com
is
only the list keeper. BadUsers.com will not be held responsible
for
incorrect information that is posted, this is the sole responsibility
of the reporting provider.
It is the responsibility of the reporting provider to keep his
or
her records updated accordingly. For instance, if a customer finds
he has been black listed and then contacts the provider and
settles the dispute, it is the providers responsibility to remove
that
user from the Black list.
Providers are responsible for all supporting documentation to
prove
the users guilt. e.g. Copies of Unpaid Invoices - Traced IP's
on hacking attempts - copies of Spam Mail sent by user, etc. This
documentation shall be kept by the reporting provider and must
be available for review by the user in the case of dispute. Failing
to keep proof of such documentation can result in legal issues
between provider and user.
BadUsers.com will not handle any disputes that the reporting provider
or the user may have. It will be the responsibility of the two
parties to handle any differences that they may have.
Failing
to abide by these guidelines will result in immediate removal
of the providers account.
